The visitors of the website has the right to claim free information of their personal data. Data handling provides information on request of the followings: if data management handles personal data. If so, it provides the visitor access to personal data in case the visitor can confirm their identity. The users can request the deletion or correction of their  personal data.

Possible cases of deletion:

  • The user withdraws their consent for data management
  • The user protests agains data management
  • Data management handles data unlawfully

The data manager ensures that the handling of personal data is according to law. In case the user considers that it is not ensured than please, write to the email address.

In case the users considers that their right for protecting personal data has been violated, legal remedy can be claimed according to the standard laws, at the authorized organizations or judiciary.

The data management does its best to – with the help of the latest technology – guarantee the protection of personal data. Data management ensures that noone has access to personal data unauthorised (no publishing, sharing, forwarding, altering, deletion). Data management ensures that the personal data are not damaged in any way.

However, in case the personal data are handled, shared, stored, processed by data management in an unlawful way, the incident must be reported to the Authorities withnin 72 hours, except when data management can prove that the data protection incident has no possible risks.
